ViniVault/Starting
What a vinyl collection app costs
ViniVault is free for 100 records. Pro is £1.99 a month for an unlimited shelf.

Two prices, one vault
You can catalogue a serious start without a subscription. The free shelf holds 100 records. The monthly price is for a collection that does not fit in those 100 rows, including a Discogs import that would go past the line.
Pro is £1.99 a month. It is not a per-record fee, and it is not a second charge for a second phone. One account covers the whole vault, on the phone and on the computer.
There is no charge for the free shelf. You are not asked to pay in order to search, edit, or keep the records you have already added. The step up is for adding more.
What the price is not
It is not a valuation fee. Collection value stays a collector's guide: the price you typed, or a middle asking price, or a recent sale when no asking price will do. Pro does not turn that guide into an insurer's quote or a shop offer.
It is not a charge for the home-screen icon, and it is not a charge per device. Sign in on the screens you use. The plan belongs to the account.
How this works in ViniVault
Create a free account from this page and add records up to 100. The upgrade lives in the account when you need the unlimited shelf. Sign in any time to the records you have already added.
If an import would pass the free line, it stops and tells you. You can keep the records already in the vault and decide then.
Questions
- Do I pay per record?
- No. Free covers 100 records. Pro is £1.99 a month for the shelf with no cap.
- Do I pay again to use a second phone?
- No. One account opens on each device you sign in to. The price is for the vault, not for the handset.
