ViniVault/Catalogue
A vinyl catalogue for the copy you actually own
ViniVault is built around the record in your hands. Search the artist and the album, pick the pressing, and the sleeve and songs stay with that copy.

Search the record, then keep your copy
A vinyl catalogue is only useful if it points at the record on your shelf. ViniVault lets you search by artist and album, then save the pressing you chose. The sleeve image is stored with that record, so the shelf shows your copy the next time you open it.
Track lists sit on the album page. You can add a condition, a note, and the price you paid. Those details belong to your vault. Other collectors cannot browse your shelf.
The right sleeve, or none
Artwork is saved for the record you picked. If that pressing has no picture, ViniVault leaves a placeholder rather than borrowing a sleeve from a different album. You can upload your own photo of the cover.
Questions
- Can I catalogue singles and compilations as well as albums?
- Yes. Search for the title you own and save that copy. The shelf holds albums, singles, and the other records you add.
- Is the catalogue public?
- No. People can read these pages without an account. Your records, notes, and prices stay inside your vault after you sign in.
